Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged or spoiled upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, please contact us immediately at orders@soelderberrygood.ca with the following information:

1. Your name and order

2. Photos of the damaged product

3. Contact information

We will review your request and contact you if further details are required. If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund using the original method of payment.

All orders are shipped via courier. Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the package becomes the responsibility of the courier service. We are not responsible for packages that are not picked up, refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender. Any fees or losses incurred as a result will be the responsibility of the customer.
